Moona has its background in medical research.
Numerous studies show the correlation between body temperature and sleep quality. To get good sleep, we need to lose 1°C of core temperature. The most restorative sleep happens when body temperature reaches its minimum temperature.
Listen to Maxime Elbaz, PhD Neuroscience, explain the benefits of Moona:
To continue to refine the effectiveness of Moona, we have a partnership with the University Hospital of Nantes, France. After a promising first medical study on fifteen healthy subjects, we are currently launching a second study with thirty women aged between 35 and 55.
