This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Moona.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Moona will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty is not transferable.
Moona will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Moona purchased before 17th June, 2022
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Moona is one year from the date of purchase (2 years in the EU)
A replacement Moona or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Moona or one year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
Moona purchased after 17th June, 2022
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Moona is 2 years from the date of purchase (both for the US and the EU)
A replacement Moona or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Moona or two years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
You have to cover the shipping charges and Moona will not assume the risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
You will then have to deliver Moona in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with the product.
We charge a handling and shipping fee for all refund requests. For customers outside the EU, the fee is $50 while for all customers inside the EU, the fee is Euro 38.
